Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders will be processed Monday to Friday. If placed after 2:00pm MST on a weekday or on a holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During promotions and holidays, allow extra time for processing. We will notify you if we run into any delays while processing your order.

Shipping Costs

Orders can be shipped using standard or express services. Shipping prices and delivery times* will be calculated at checkout. 

​

Prices may be higher for international shipments. We are working to lower these prices, and will update our shipping policy as changes are made.

​

​* orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Delivery time may differ in extraordinary circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to P.O. boxes, rural areas, and remote locations, please allow extra time for shipping.

Only one address may be used per order. If shipping to multiple addresses, multiple orders will need to be placed.

​

Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order, as we are unable to redirect orders after they have been shipped. 

Order Tracking

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
