We ship from our location in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will be sent a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

How frequently will new products launch?

All of our products are designed, from idea to sample, by Wid Eriksen. Because of this, it does take longer for products to get from concept to the website. We appreciate your patience and continued support as new products are consistently in development. We will be doing seasonal launches 1-2 times per year. As WATERINDESERT grows, you can expect this to increase ;)

I don't love my order or I got the wrong size. Can I return it?
