Every 60-minute session is designed to give students a complete, empowering experience:

    We begin with mobility, cardio, and joint-prep drills to get bodies and minds ready for movement.

  • 🏃‍♂️ Skill-Based Training (45 minutes):
    Each class focuses on 2–3 specific parkour moves, such as rolls, precision jumps, wall climbs, cat hangs, and safe landings—adapted to the layout of each park.

  • 🎮 Movement Game (5 minutes):
    Students reinforce what they’ve learned through a fast-paced, fun, and inclusive game using the park elements.

  • 🧘 Cool Down & Reflection (5 minutes):
    We end every session with a structured cooldown and a short chat to reflect on progress and mindset.
